Complementing what I said, all competitors are afraid of failing. This mainly happens with fighters, who depend a lot on confidence to perform well. Many went from glory to downfall due to just one defeat that shattered their self-confidence.

It’s all racism tbh. The main reason is darker people want a darker skinned champ like them. The 2nd reason is cause he is a very Pale man not even because he’s Mexican it’s his skin is just too light. They just cannot accept that greatness comes from all shades and sizes not just one.

Canelo's English is getting a little better. He is extremely eloquent in Spanish, so it must be frustrating trying to find the words to express himself in English. He is a great champion with elite head movement and defense mixed with knockout power...I just hope he blesses the fans with the Benavides fight before retirement.

Why do people keep saying Canelo needs to fight Benavidez? Benavidez is huge. There are weight classes for a reason. Think Trinidad vs Roy Jones or De la Hoya vs Hopkins. There is a limit, and Canelo tested that limit in Bivol.

People hate the feeling that someone who is not like them, is better than them. Especially if he's now considered the face of boxing. People name all these boxers that haven't beaten anyone worth while, crawford, Stevenson, Davis, etc. But what professionals say, is that he is the face because no one can sell out fights and PPVs like Canelo nowadays. He fights champions. Benevidez woukd be lucky to step in the ring with this man!

I have always respected Canelo. He’s a very good fighter, my only disappointment with him is his refusal to fight David Benavidez. I think he would provide an excellent challenge for Canelo’s abilities, but I have a sneaky suspicion that we will never see that fight. He says he’s not scared but I think that’s a lie, if he wasn’t, the David Benavidez fight would’ve already happened I think.

Lewis, being a boxer is extremely complex. Most people think boxing is about throwing punches to see who knocks the opponent's the hell out. Well, let me tell you, boxing is a dangerous sport, you are risking your life every time you step into that ring. But there are a few boxers, like CANELO ALVAREZ, who are at a different level. Experience, knowledge, and fortitude give you the extra edge that overcomes fear, trepidation, and hesitation. Check boxers from the past, specifically MARVIN HAGLER, ANDRE WARD, and ROBERTO DURáN. They had the same mentality as CANELO. In addition, HAGLER (R.I.P.) and WARD were boxers who didn't leave any stone unturned. In other words, both made sure that mentally and physically were ready for battle. CANELO has that old-school mentality, attitude, and approach.

Ok he is a good fighter but i think he is overestimating himself.I mean he is like 5'7 and Jake paul is like 6 ft 1 i don't think he could win lol

Canelo saying he could beat them both at the same time like it’s a badge of honor. Let Canelo the middleweight fight Tyson in his prime and see what would happen.

Did you actually listen to the interview? He never said against a prime Mike Tyson. That result would be obvious.

Power is the last thing to go, so this comment is not correct. Speed and stamina for sure decrease with age. But if it's a real fight tysonwill hurt the you tuber.

The hilarious part of this comment is you think it's an insult. And you don't understand weight classes, class, or prime years. He was clearly joking but the point that neither would bother him at this point is completely obvious to anyone with eyes.

He would 100% beat them both at the same time. Tyson is too old and Jake is a bottom of the barrel C- level boxer. Both of them would get knocked out in the first round. You casuals are hilarious.
