He also got outscored the 1st fight and same scenario flashy combos parried by gloves and arms. There's more to boxing defense than head movement. Canelo got beat twice by a guy who is basically out of his prime and almost 10 years older. De La Hoya knew GGG would have destroyed his cash cow if he had fought him 2 years before when the WBC was ordering the mandatory fight and Canelo released the belt. Canelo had everything going on for em, judges, Vegas, Boxing Association, and peds.

You know I've said in the past that Canelo should avoid a middleweight of David Lemieux's caliber, but I've bern hearing too many analysts say Canelo's better at in-fighting(or "mexican style") than out-boxing when that's actually not at all true. It just depends depends in the opponent. If Canelo fought Lemieux, he'd be perfect for Canelo to practice his out-boxing abilities abd would be just as effective if not more effective than BJS.
