I purchased a new home from century community company and they did a bad quality work on this house, i talked to neighbors and they all have something bad to say about their new homes , within a year my second story floor started making noise when you step on it, all the second floor makes noise, stair hand rail got loose, it was nailed to the sheetrock not to the wall stud, irrigation leak that was there before we moved in and the construction manager (Zacharias) promised me that he will fix it and guess what? didn't happened , kitchen sink faucet leaks, again bad quality faucet, probably china made, downstairs floor is peeling off, very cheap quality vinyl floor, master bedroom bathroom sink it broke down with out a reason, this is weird anyway they did not answer my emails, the claim warranty ticket never got to them via website, my advice ..... you better stay away from this company.

I am sorry that this happened to you. Century Communities is one of the production builders in the greater Houston area. I really believe it is something to do with the assigned construction manager in the neighborhood. Did you have a Realtor when you purchase the home? Did you hire 3rd party inspector? I suggest to reach out to corporate or sales to voice out your concerns. I will also share this to my Century communities contact and ask her for inputs. Thank you for sharing.
