Beautiful home. The only thing I don’t like about this house is there isn’t an eat in kitchen. I don’t like the way the dining table is a part of the living room.

Very nice house!!! Love that the brick wasn’t painted!!! I like painted brick, but it’s over done. Love a classic red brick colonial and georgian style house BTW!!! Ok back to this house😅. I didn’t see a utility room??? Love the mixed metals finish throughout the house nice designer look. Disappointed that there aren’t soft close cabinets!!! Still hate the barn doors, but that can be replaced. That media wasn’t presented well!!! That huge couch swallowed up the space making appear even smaller than it actually is!!! Love the staging minus the Whataburger colors theme in that first bedroom!!! I grade this house a 8.5/10.

The house doesn't flow well. The bedrooms are too small the beds are tiny. It seems too close together. Hallway seems narrow. Kitchen / livingroom looks good very modern and contemporary. Master's bedroom is nice with the bay windows. On suite bath looks great.
