The obviously are not following the rules since they are not avoiding a collision

fixento Rule 14(b) : She (the right-of-way boat) shall be exonerated if she breaks this rule (Rule 14 : a boat shall avoid contact if reasonably possible) and the contact does not cause damage or injury. Clearly see in all the cases here no damage nor injury occurs, thus the contact is technically illegal, but exonerated.

Hold up mans never cleared his penalty. He gybed, never went higher than 90 degrees, gybed again and went up to closed hauled but on the tack he was on the first time. Doing a double gybe doesn't clear it.
