Common mistake but agustin Vera is from the Uruguayan River plate, not the Argentinian river plate that Enzo and Julian Alvarez played for. They are both clubs that are located on either side of the rio de la plata which is a river that creates the border for Argentina and Uruguay

Uruguay actually won the u20 World Cup last year and Maturro won the silver boot. It would have been great to see other talents of that squad as Anderson Duarte, Luciano Rodriguez or Fabricio Diaz but overall an amazing rebuild!!

The U20 squad was crazy good. If the AUF management doesn't drop the ball and ensures that talent gets well developed, Uruguay would be serious contenders for winning the 2026 World Cup, or the 2030 one.

Peñarol is the biggest club in Uruguay and one of the biggest in America, 5 times champion of Copa Libertadores an 3 times champion of the world(against the likes of Benfica, Real Madrid and Aston Villa). And btw, Uruguay before the World Cup was created won the only two football Olympic Games hosted by FIFA, 1924, 1928 Olympics, that’s why we have 4 stars instead of 2.

You should do a rebuild by only signing players with a certain potential, so for example the highest potential player you can sig is 85 for whole rebuild or 84 but the player can be any rating below that.
