In a dark and claustrophobic deep sea mining site, the uncovering of a mysterious “Sphere” is dragging everyone nearby into the endless madness. The fears deep within one’s mind are amplified and transformed into horrifying monsters from other dimensions, torturing one's body and testing their sanity. Only those with extraordinary will and conviction can escape its devastating grasp. Deep Madness is a fully cooperative board game for 1-6 players with 66 amazingly detailed miniatures, depicting a sci-fi horror world inspired by Lovecraft’s work and the Alien series. In the game, players assume the roles of investigators, venturing into the seemingly empty yet perilous deep sea mining site to find out the truth behind the lost contact event. Unimaginable horror and madness from the dark fear within is waiting.

I’m not sure if you addresses this in your subsequent play throughs but: 1. I think you forgot to put the first clue token on tile 4 in the upper left. There is supposed to be 3 clue tokens on this scenario. You may have done this on purpose but I missed it if you mentioned that. 2. I’m not sure where you read the rule about running out of one monster type automatically loses the game. I did not find that specific rule in the rule book. Page 12 says to spawn as many as you have then spawn other monsters with a similar horror rating. There are new official variants in the new rule book to make the game more fun (easier). 4 actions per character instead of 3. This might be all you need really, with 4 characters I’d still use the extra action tokens. Your play through was really fun to watch! Good job.

Une partie hier à 2 joueurs ( 3 investigateurs chacun) sur le chapitre 2. Nous avons réussi à faire venir la navette de secours mais ....malheureusement après 3h30 d une épopée incroyable les investigateurs se sont fait avoir un par un . Mon jeu de figs préféré.
