Have you noticed more improvements from 2 years to 3? I’m 28 months free from caffeine (35 yr addiction) and alcohol & had all the withdrawal anxiety symptoms, waves and all. I love that you say we’re upgraded after each wave because it’s so true.

I will be honest (coming from somebody who has stopped numerous times in their life ) once u have lived with cannabis daily as I did you will never be ok with just quitting the irritability the depression will never leave ! You unlocked a different mental state than u can naturally achieve The key is to ration ur intake and keep it under control don’t let it control you !
@bwatts18762 жыл бұрын
I disagree! I also have stopped numerous times over the years ( on and off for 15 years ) in 2019 I stopped for almost a year, I had a couple of weeks of discomfort and when that lifted it was one of the best years of my life, the natural happiness I got was unreal, I work with people who have to smoke all day and was giving one of them a lift to work every morning before I knew it I was smoking again! Only for a month, then I thought, what am I doing! Life was so much better without smoking, so I stopped again and bamm I got PAWS 😪

Im not sure if people will see this comment due to the time the video was posted. Im currently detoxing/re overing from a 15 year addiction of which the last five, since covid was extemeely heavy, like 10 joints a day. £500 per month. Im on day 10 almost and the vomitting and nausea has eased. Insomnia is there but oddly when i am sleeping im sleeping deeper for sure. Since Monday this weel which was day 6 i had this mental wave of anxiety, panic, racing heart, felt like if i closed my eyes they wouldnt open. Felt like i needed a hospital or doctor. It oassed after about an hour and a half of crying and clutching onto reality. It was like that peak of other drugs where you brain goes dizzy but was way more intense. Is this paws and is this what my sponsor means by ride the waves? Please tell me im not going mad, when can i expect to see improvement. It haooened again the next morning and then was fine until today when it hit out of nowhere at work. I had to lay down for 5/10 mins and then it eased but even now a few hours later im still not right. I have no appetite to get the vitamins i need to help recovery. People tell me to eat when and what my body wants for now. I dont know if i am overreacting or what. 😭😭 All i want to do is get a fix (i wont because i am not going through this again) but i guess im just looking for something to hold onto.
