Hello everyone!
Today we will cook cutlets from canned fish and semolina. The recipe is simple and very quick, it will help out when you need to cook something in a hurry. And those who try them will hardly guess what they are made of.
Canned food 1 piece
Onion 1 pc
Eggs 2 pcs
Semolina 100 g (5 tablespoons with a slide)
• Drain liquid from canned food, transfer to a deep bowl and knead with a fork.
• Add onion, grated on a coarse grater, semolina and eggs to the fish.
• Salt and pepper to taste, stir and leave to swell for 30 minutes.
• Form cutlets and breaded in breadcrumbs / flour. You can not panic about anything at all.
• Fry cutlets on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Can be covered with a lid.
