Why can ribs? Granted these are not going to be slap on the grill ribs. It's for storage, ready to eat quickly, and convenience. I got a good deal on a large portion so "Canned Pork Ribs"!
As with all my videos, I'm just showing you how I do it. Many of my methods are not USDA or University or any other government entity endorsed or approved. We call it "Rebel Canning". My Kitchen, My Rules: works for me canning. Hope you enjoy it and thanks for watching!

Man oh man! I wish I would’ve seen your video before I put mine in the crockpot before I canned them up! I couldn’t find a recipe that was about canning ribs with bone in! I will definitely try it your way! Thanks for sharing!

I tried one jar of these. I wish I had done more but everyone said I shouldn't. They were wonderful. I just bought a few more racks today and will be canning all of them. Nice video. Thanks.

Hi, thanks for watching. You can add salt if you want, it actually has no value in the canning process but is used for flavoring. 1 Teaspoon per quart, 1/2 teaspoon per pint; or more if you are like Evie and like your pork more salty 😁

I love using the instant pot to cook ribs. These you just canned would probably have the same texture. Have you tried adding some bbq sauce to the bottle before canning ?

Thanks for watching! I use the meat in different ways so I usually add the bbq as I heat it up. I rarely add spices, sauces and such to meat when canning; It allows me to be more versatile with my meal preparations.

No herbs, no salt, no pepper, no garlic? Well it looks like a good way to preserve your meat with out any refrigeration or freezing.

Exactly the reason I can meat. You can add any or all of those to your meat when canning. I do if I am canning for a specific use of the meat, but this way I can season it however needed when heating it up to serve. Thanks for watching!
