Wow, I'm blown away by how many options there are for literally everything. Multiple characters, alternate builds for characters, multiple modes of play, etc. There's a lot packed in here. It would take days just to try everything.

One of Liam’s skills is he revives from death once every three days. I think the glitch your seeing is actually his ability I just haven’t seen it used yet. Great game so far.

No, his ability is what caused him to teleport away from the boss in the first place. He said in the video thats what happened abd why. The glitch occured on his characters 2nd death

My only real "issue" with this is the games name. I see the name cannibal crossing and I get hyped for a dark Animal Crossing game only to find it is a different genre altogether. The game itself looks good though.

I think you are on to something here. Animal crossing, but you perform tasks for the viliagers in exchange for adding their children to your herd, and then you eat them.

I don't blame this on you since I understand these are meant to be first impression videos; but after buying the game based on this video- I cannot recommend it to folks- the game's a buggy, unfinished mess despite it being out of Early Access. Performance tanks after a few hours on a long playthrough, items phase through walls, the NPC pathing gets them stuck on edges, enemies can see you through walls and damage things on the other side, and right click doesn't close certain menus, etc. This is stuff I experienced during my first session- I honestly think the game needs more time in the oven/ should still be in early access, not a full release. With that, I kinda wished game coverage moved towards games that were a bit more mature and a few months since launch (to check whether the game is actually finished)- with videos being more focused. Over the past few weeks- they've felt as though they're directed towards the game devs on features you wish were added or spending something like a minute discussing a bug which isn't really relevant to game buyers vs. the developers themselves. I understand these videos are flows of streams of consciousness, but some of the recent videos have been crossing the 40 minute mark which is a lot of time for an often $5-20 purchase where at least for me- I just want to know if the game's finished/ state of development, what's it about, the core mechanics, and your thoughts on whether it's fun or not. I know roguelites are notorious time sinks with regards to difficulty so exploring the mechanics can be hard- but perhaps that can be accelerated using something like CheatEngine to push on and understand the scope of the game faster?

Bows are a lot quieter than guns. Should one desire to keep a low profile, setting off a gun is the last thing one would want to do.

That says a lot, about a game…it means I don’t need a tutorial to explain what’s going on when I sit down at a keyboard with a mouse…I don’t need my hand held - I understand what’s basically going on. I like this A LOT (take notes game designers, this is called First Appearance).

The characters (even the bad guys) are small and cute. Great art design. (Actually reminds me of the old Charlie Brown cartoons... 🤗) The mechanics of the game look challenging. But the BOSSES ARE BRILLIANT ! The Evil Preacher. And the big EVIL EYE. Totally hilarious! 🤣👍 M 🦘🏏😎

Something to know: Multiplayer is NOT for the campaign. The only way to play co op in the campaign does not work right now. Its a little annoying considering this game has been in development for 2 years.

I dont really know what to thing about this game. I think the one thing that comes to mind is that adding mechanics very clearly does not blindly improve games. Death Road to Canada was a fantastic, tight experience. Just adding base building, rpg stuff, an open world, and removing much of the direction results in what looks like a poor project zomboid clone.
