Canning Coleslaw Recipe + Bringing 🏡 New Show Goats 🐐 to add to our Homestead

Remember that BIG bag of coleslaw mix I found at Bargain grocery? We’ll today I finally got around to canning it and it made a TON OF PICKLED COLESLAW to add to our pantry shelves! Grilling season can’t get here soon enough! 😋
Also, We’ve been looking to bring in new bloodlines to our goat herd since we moved here as we are looking to breed for top quality show lines in the dairy goat world. We found these beautiful alpines who weren’t handled or cared for properly and decided to take a chance on them and bring them home. You’ll see over the course of about two weeks the improvement in there personalities. We still have a long road ahead with them if we intend to bring them to shows but we have time and are just glad we brought them to live here with us. ❤️
