I love watching you and Mr. Wayna. You two are just the perfect couple. When you said the canner was kinda heavy you could tell when he turned around you could just tell by the look on his face that he was ready to take it so you wouldn't get hurt. You can tell by the way y'all look and each other and talk to each other that y'all are true soulmates. If I ever get married again, I hope I can find my own Mr. Wayna.

I canned some pork butt. I cut it in chunks and canned it. It’s so tasty. I seared the pieces slightly for flavor then raw packed. Pressure canned it. No broth, These made their own broth. It’s so good and plain but I made it for my pork tamales. Every cooler season I make well over 100 tamales for the family . This year I made around 150 tamales. I canned, pork butt, chkn , and beef. And 24 jars of pinto beans for beef n cheese tamales. I love using my pinto beans also for bean n cheese burritos. I canned some Nacho spicy cheese to use in with my bean burritos. I Love cooking . Your passion for cooking reminds me of my passion for cooking and prepping. I love your ideas. Simple, down home, homemade, or almost homemade. I call your kitchen and my kitchen ( Our Playground ) . Ty for your great ideas. Just sharing with you my projects.

Renea what I’ve done is use the peppers, onions and thin sliced beef and also put it in canning jars and canned it together and it makes its own juices and then when my mister wants steak fajitas he just dumps the entire jar with the juices into a hot nonstick fry pan and adds a package of fajitas spices and mixes it all together and he just put the results into wraps with some shredded cheese and it’s a fantastic “fast food” type meal for him and the beef is incredibly tender and delicious! I thought that’s what you were going to do but then you decided to freeze it again. Anyway something to try canning instead! 🥰❤️🙏🏻🇨🇦🍁
