Canning squash for frying | copycat rotel tomatoes

You've been so busy with your garden harvest,plus the canning and freezing. Are the vacuum sealers worth the expense of one?

I am loving mine so far! I got a nesco from Amazon and bought the precut bags there too. I know some of the sealers can be super expensive but this one wasn’t and I think there was a coupon too.

I got a vaccum sealer last year & it's been great for putting things in the freezer
