Cannon Beach - Brilliant Oregon Sunset in HD

This is a beautiful Cannon Beach sunset on a cool winter evening on the Oregon Coast. Settle in for 10 minutes of uninterrupted scenic sky and surf. Unwind, relax or fall asleep. Listen to the waves of the Pacific Ocean in the distance as the sky gets darker and the birds swoop back and forth between the rocks. A moving picture postcard. These two monolithic rocks are known as "The Needles" and are adjacent to the famous Haystack Rock. Filmed January 2012.

Been here twice .Amazing sunsets .I live on the east coast and love to watc the sunrise over the ocean in Maine .Nothing like it .

I LOVE Cannon Beach! Cannot Wait to Go there again it really is breath taking and a great beach from families. I can't say the same for the neighboring Beach Seaside unfortunately.

How's the weather thru the winter here? My job might be sending me here next year and have never been. I've always wanted to live somewhere where I can sit around on a beach all day long on saturday and Sunday and not do shit.

And you can do that in Oregon, on the beach, in January, as long as you don't mind 43°F, steel-gray skies, and constant drizzle.
