I looked it up and can’t see where’ Jack has filed the appeal yet. I checked for the past hour. But I know he’s going to file one with the 11th circuit court of appeals. Who EXCORIATED Cannon in a scathing ruling in 2022. I know Smith has 30 days to file and it can’t come fast enough for us NON MAGA CULT Americans. lol But I’ll keep checking the news.

I always think Cannon gets her instructions from the Federalist Society. Could she have thought up all these convoluted strategies on her own, given her limited experience? Is the GOP trying to dump Trump this close to the election? My brain is literally buzzing!😮 The final spread is very encouraging. Dare we hope?🤔

Well this is just good news! So Aileen Cannon ruled that a Special Prosecutor was a private citizen who did not have the right to argue a government case, that an employee of the.DOJ could, as a government employee, bring the government case to court. So if Jack hands it off to a DOJ employee on his team, then perhaps the case can be resubmitted to the court with a new judge. This break also gives Smith the opportunity to make sure that none of the charges fall under the new scotus immunity ruling. This removes all the obstacles! And, the appeal about special prosecutor can go forward to the 11th circuit and on to scotus as an empty case because Jack will have replaced himself with a government employee which means that Cannon and Thomas can just bite each other!

When I first heard yesterday what Cannon had done I said OMG! Today I have renewed faith in Jack Smith. He's taken on some of the World's Worst and won, I'm sure he's not going to let a little twit like Cannon take him down. I'm also sure they have been strategizing behind the scenes as to what would be their move if she took this path. It's not over yet and this might all come back and bite her biased butt. Jack's a lot smarter than her, Thomas and whomever else is behind the scenes, she's taking orders from someone. Keep the faith, love light healing and comfort to ALL.

Cannon was specifically appointed at the end of Trump’s term BECAUSE she was unqualified and could be bought. He knew this was possible, even likely, that he would be charged because he had been criming all through his administration. So I hold, and pray, that you are right. He will go the appeals route, because his appointment is legitimate. I think that if he quits the new prosecutor would have to start from 0. When the 11th district overturn Cannon for the 3rd time the case stays as it is, and the new beginning will be a new federal judge taking over.

This is “mind not mystic,” but this looks like a favor to Thomas. Special Counsel investigation has been requested to look into him- if this case gets kicked up to SCOTUS and he declares there’s no legality for Special Counsel, he thinks he’s safe. Lke the whole “it’s ok to get s bribe after the deed is done” thing. Any way you squeeze it, it’s a foul mess. I feel for Jack Smith!

It’s always sad when pillars of society fail at their jobs. But I think we need to tone down the rhetoric and condemnation and exercise some compassion and forgiveness for their failure, we’ve all made mistakes in judgment and we all share the consequences of our mistakes. It’s time for some compassion and empathy for our brothers or sisters that have failed to maintained the minimum standards of life. It didn’t go the way you wanted but the universe has its own agenda, lower the tone and the hate and trust things will work out. Everything happens for a reason, nothing is random, there is always a purpose. Trust the plan! It’s never easy and never simple
