Beyonce has started letting his Election team know that they aren't to use her song Freedom again. That if they do they'll get a Cease and Desist Order. I'm sure if that doesn't work she'll go further. On other hand Harris's Election Team has permission to use the song. 😊

If Taylor wins, which I think she will, it could lead to, any more artists taking this action. Trump had be given Cease and Desist orders form other groups and has complete ignored it. So this could be very impactful - in a good way. However I don't see Trump being around for much longer.

Last election taylor’s manager persuaded her not to get involved because it would make her fans upset. She would be excluding part of her fans, and I believe her parents went along with that so they pressured her not to get involved. Taylor does not owe anybody anything it’s not in her contract. Music should be separate from anything else they can still buy her music. I think she needs to take a stand. She’s a billionaire she’s worth $2 billion she doesn’t. cow tow to anyone! Hi Libby Sean Astin a well known American actor was interviewed at the DNC, and he made a good point as to why more famous people should be vocal about their political viewpoints. It's not to necessarily persuade others to vote for the party they support, but to get more Americans involved in the political process and have their voices heard, when they wouldn't have thought to otherwise. Famous people have a way bigger following so more people would hear their message and make their own choice to vote.

Taylor Swift is 30 years old. There are men and women who serve in our military at 18. She is far too old to not be held accountable for her decisions or indecisions. She should talk to Carole King or Joni Mitchell about what it was like for female composers before Roe vs Wade and get their opinion about sitting on the fence, especially given the following she has with girls practically half her age. She is not a kid anymore, and if she shows complacency as to where she stands, regardless of her reasoning, that will follow her for the rest of her life.

She actually was sexually violated by a DJ a few years back, which is why she advocated voting so much in 2020 and came out against Marsha Blackburn for her rhetoric. This was in her documentary, and her parents were worried she could get hurt by doing this. The timing of this makes me wonder about the terrorist threats at her European concerts-something that could have been set up by Bannon’s crew. Trump knows how huge she is, and given how desperate he is, she would be safer coming out and taking a side rather than allowing Trump to violate her. She maybe a singer, but I guarantee she’s got contracts to legally cover her likeness and image on everything, and if her reps don’t do something about this, she will be in violation of her contract with them and she could end up being sued for breach of contract. So she has a lot to contend with here. The FBI should be getting involved with this, given the terrorist threats in Europe.

We must have been watching two completely different DNC's, or at least very different coverage/networks! Were you watching it on Faux news, perhaps (no snark intended), where they've been trying to push that narrative & intentionally misrepresenting their relationship (like shortening a clip & saying that Tim gave his wife a "handshake," after a rally last week, when he was clearly pulling her towards him to give her a big hug)? I will occasionally watch a few minutes of that network just to see how they're spinning things. Tonight, Night 3 of the DNC, the Walz's shared a warm embrace on stage, right after Tim's speech. Then the whole family came together, crying with joy & all hugging & holding hands. The love, respect, & affection this couple has for each other is obvious & shines brightly (as does Kamala's & Doug's). I thought it was beautiful & touching (made me cry, too 🥲🥰). As for last night, Tim didn't "[leave] her on the stage." He wasn't even at the DNC with Gwen last night. He was on stage with Kamala 90 min. away at another rally taking place simultaneously (a few minutes of which was broadcast onto a screen at the DNC, where Gwen was laughing & enjoying the jokes Barack Obama made about Tim's authenticity & flannel shirts). I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you're not just a MAGA troll because, as a former video editor for one of the major news networks, I know perception & emotional responses can be manipulated by camera angles & how the video is edited. I hope that's what happened here with whatever coverage you were watching & that you choose to check it out again from a different broadcast. 🤔✌️💙
