Skied here many times when I was younger and had some great days here, provided you storm chase the mountain. If not, it's usually icy with thin cover. It is a well laid out area with classical NE trails. And historic. But like all mountains in the east, never seems to get enough natural snow.

One of the best mountains in New England. They have plenty of terrain for everybody: beginners, cruisers, steeps, moguls, glades, ungroomed, jumps, etc...It never gets crowded and prices are reasonable. Let the masses go to Loon and Waterville; real skiers go to Cannon!

Don’t tell ppl about Waterville it’s still pretty quite.

It’s a skier’s mountain, they lack parks. Loons where it’s at for snowboarding. I rather go to sugarloaf or Killington myself.

@@Nuttyirishman85sugarloaf is perfect, except for one tiny detail. they lack moguls, which is really sad.

@@holymeto9981 They got them, they spend time on them too. I’m always on the lift crying about the mogul work i see. When the park take offs and landings need serious attention.

I’m going to cannon loon or Cranmore this weekend, what do you recommend?
@obk40443 жыл бұрын
@@Ohiik Cannon is by far the best
@tenderpawsm4732 жыл бұрын
@@Ohiik Cranmore is probably the easiest. Loon is a very good choice, but it tends to be packed on weekends. Cannon may be a little less expensive than Loon and less crowded, but it's predominantly for advanced skiers. It's steep, high up, and it can be icy. Have you considered Waterville? Bretton Woods? Gunstock?
