Bro everything is fine but my usbasp led is not indicating after plugin to pc

Sometimes it's the driver software in the PC/Laptop, or sometimes it's the USBasp hardware issue.. make sure about the driver, then touch up the solder points on the programmer.

Fortunately I had randomly bought two USBasps... so I could use one to program the other, and then vice versa.
