Yeah, it's pretty bad. While playing you will watch damn near the entire roster, even bears hit sidewall combos while your's whiff. Heat smash will also whiff by being slightly off axis. When I play mirror matches, I sidewalk other Pauls to the right OR left LOL. Damage is no longer his "thing" because everyone else has it now. Fix. This. Character.
