As a rapids and rainforest cafe fan, this ride looks so charming.

Imagine one of your local restaurants had a rapids ride

I wish.

That would be AWESOME!!! I mean, think about it. If you have to wait for an available table, it'd be a perfect way to kill some time.

Looks like a great rapids dark ride! First learned about this watching Eddy Burbacks/Ted Nivisons journey to every rainforest cafe video. Looks like a charming little ride!

I forget where I learned of it, but I've been fascinated by it.

I honestly don't know why, but I haven't been to a Rainforest Cafe since visiting the former MGM Las Vegas location in 2005. I am certainly making it a priority to visit this one for sure.

I've never eaten at one. Came just for the ride.

One of my favorite "haunts" from Houston to ride on a Sunday or Wednesday (my off days) Has a 60s-70s "feel" Like old school Six Flags. Did you see the volcano erupt @ dusk or night time.? It does so every 30 mins. At dusk you can see black smoke rings belching from the volcano's. I'm glad Galveston was selected for this GEM. Til Fertitta's kids made suggestions as to put at his projects. Kemah got 1/4 million dollar kids play fountain. Rain Forest got volcano. Not sure who decided river adventure?

I missed that the volcano did that!

How come they didn’t make the rainforest theme ride in Massachusetts? I’m jealous.

I wish this made it to more locations.

We live near this gem, and make it a habit to visit it at least once a year Not much more often, since it’s 7 dollars per person, but I’d say it’s worth it

It used to creep me out so bad as a kid! But I always begged to go again. It feels really genuinely wild, and that's why it was scary to me. The ending with the big face on the wall was what really freaked me out
