Oh, awesome! I have some reservations there for the end of the summer. It's such a cool place! Even if you are all set, it might be good to call them and say hello because, for example, we did not know before hand they sometimes have a taxi option (I think you pay for it) where the guy shuttles people and their kayaks out to their site. Can't remember if they deliver firewood... But they are very nice and might give you tips on the phone to make your trip even better.

Thanks for another great video of your adventures. I am a fellow New Hampshirite and look forward to visiting many of these wonderful gems now that I am getting back to camping.

Welcome aboard! It is definitely good to know what is out there so you can match the right location to the right time of year. Each place seems different in each season.

Doesn’t it figure that it’s perfect weather when you are leaving!

Yeah and the next day was booked so I hope those people showed up to enjoy their lucky weather.

I know the feeling! My hike yesterday ended up happening in the rain. And my next adventure has a dismal forecast as well. When will summer dry up?!

I look forward to your videos to get new ideas for camping. This looks like a great place. Thanks Ps- you have to get one of those battery powered sleeping Mat inflators!

Umbagog was worth going to again. Husband thought it was less "remote" than he expected. But I liked the balance between access to civilization and being removed from people. Not hearing other voices is excellent. Only loons!

Hi. This looks like a fantastic place to camp. Curious about where you bought the canvas that covered your cooking/eating area.

My mom gave me an Amazon gift card and I used it as the perfect time to buy a dedicated rain tarp and upgraded straps. That company, Wise Owl, has a bunch of items.

Hey! How did you reserve the canoes and Campsites. We are trying to plan this trip but cannot seem to find a reservation website for the canoes.
@RachelWhelton2 жыл бұрын
We brought our own canoe. If they have rentals available, you would ask in their camp office, which is probably the normal phone. I'm not sure if they have online reservations. They were very nice in the office when I called with a lot of questions before visiting there.
