Thank you for sharing. Beautiful footage, as always. This is such an unusual spot, with waves going opposite directions! ...Probably not the place you'd want to be on a big day I'd imagine, though. [ 2:09 ] Btw, that aerial shot looked amazing!

I tossed my drone up a couple of days after this session to check the viability of taking my OC1 out there...Well...I opted out. I did go out the day after this session and dropped in on some bombs. Super, super fun.

Long while back, my friend Michael rescued a haole who had lost his kayak, shorts and paddle while surfing the Mokes. Wasn’t the only person he ever rescued, but it was never a wahine, always some dumb guy out beyond his abilities.

We had sit-on-top kayaks from Go Bananas. No outriggers, no rudders.

I have seen more than one person rent a kayak in town and paddle themselves right into a bad situation out there. They have no idea what they are facing...
