There is a small rubber plug inside the rind chamber..opening to clean the rind shoot is a Pain..especially when plug is pushed back in place. Is it necessary to remove this plug fot cleaning?

it helps to clear out all the trapped pulp. If you want your juicer to juice smoothly, then yes, it's necessary.

Press the reverse button for a couple of seconds, it should release the bowl.

Put it in reverse for a few secs then turn off and remove top cover. Pull up on the juicing screw and it should come out. Then twist the bottom bowl counterclockwise and it should now twist off.

I can’t get it to stay locked…. It keeps sliding to the right…. I’m very frustrated

Do the reverse for 1-3 seconds. It will come off easily.

something must be blocking it preventing it from locking - check that the screw is all the way in - if so, you may have a faulty machine.

Has anyone ever tried running the pulp through the juicer one more time. I don’t own one of these, so I can’t try. But I feel like it cud be able to squeeze a bit more juice from it.

no, waste of time - it'll get all caught up in the filter - too much work for trying to squeeze out an extra 2 oz of juice

@@MeemReviews Overall yes. But its not very effective for juicing fibrous leafy vegetables, like kale. The pulp outlet gets stuck. But for everything else its really good.

I bought the JE75....I don't like it because it still has too much moisture/juice in the pulp. Does Canoly have a better juicer to your knowledge?

so far this is the only one Canoly juicer that I have reviewed, but it looks like the JE75 is the newer model to this one I did, so I'm surprised it's not yielding more juice - just remember, fruit with higher water/juice content will definitely leave pulp wet compared to higher fibre foods.

They don't need to be very small, you can see the size of the carrots is good. The apple definitely needs to be cut into smaller chunks. it was false advertising on the company's part.

Thank you. It does a good job as long as you take it slow so you definitely need a lot of patience with this one to prevent blockages. I like the cylinder design, it takes up less space on my counter.👍🏼

After assembling, the top of the machine turns around in a circular motion while on. I have disassembled and assembled multiple times. Follows many videos regarding assembly but the motions still doesn’t stop. At one point, a ginger root got stuck and it was a hassle to disassemble the product.
