The aps-h sensor size you will find in the eos 1d, eos 1d mark ii and 1d mark iii. The Canon 1d mark iv was the last with this size sensor. The 1ds version are full frame.

Nothing wrong with GAS, Pete. As long as you you can afford the kit and nothing, and no-one, is adversely affected by it, then my philosophy is to just go for it. I also like the fact that you are a man after my own heart and not fixated on just one make. If a particular brand offers something different that you want, then that's the one to buy. I have, currently, 78 cameras from a wide range of manufacturers and each offers me something I like. At the moment I go out most days with my Nikon Zf and a Fuji X-T5. Other days my X-Pro2 and Nikon D7100. At other times a Canon G9 and maybe an older film Minolta, Pentax or Olympus. I even use my elderly Yashica TLR from time to time with its waist-level viewfinder. Love this video and looking forward to seeing your other acquisitions later.

Well you only live once so might as well buy what you like provideing you can affiored it of course, I started with a canon 60D but have had Penatax, panasonic, Olympus. Tried them all at one stage or another. Certainly have no brand loyalty nonsense
