I found this channel off a Moment lens review and kept up with it here and there since then. It's always been an inspiration to keep with doing video and ended up getting an RP for Christmas from my parents. I used that to start a videography side job and used what I've made doing that to get the R about a month ago. I loved it, especially the CLog. But what about image quality, difference between FHD vs 4K, All-I vs IPB, R vs 6d2. I saw FHD and 4K videos and they apart file size looks quite similar.

Dam. You sold it to me. I thought I'd still be sticking with DSLRs (along with the older L lenses, which I refuse to let go), as I'm only using the camera as a hobby - but I guess mirrorless is the way to go, even for an amateur. And thank you for the tip on the adapter. First time watching your videos, you have a gift for telling a story, pretty much to the point, not too many words, just enough information. Gave me a perspective to consider, so thank you.

Not gonna lie man, I was pretty skeptical about all these new mirrorless cameras and being my stubborn self, I held out for awhile. Come to find out, switching to mirrorless has probably been the best move I've made. 2 out of my 3 main cameras are mirrorless now (R & R6), and I still use my EF L-Series lenses with them, via the adapter. Don't quite have the money to upgrade to the RF mount lenses, but my current ones are more than good enough. And thank you man! Just here trying to help out people without all the fluff that other camera gear KZbinrs tend to add to their videos. Personally, if I'm trying learn something, I don't have the patience for anything other than what I'm trying to find out. Glad this video helped!

EOS R footage was waaaaaaay better. I used to own the 6D II and the GH5 but decided to consolidate and switch to the A7III. I am interested in seeing the R5 in action but and A7IV also sounds amazing. Overall it’s a great time to create, we have so many options! Dope video 👍🏾

Smart! Always good to consolidate to one ecosystem. I was SO tempted to go Sony, especially because of the non-crop with 4K but I just can’t let that canon glass go yet. The R5 is supposed to be a beast so we’ll see in a couple more week. Thanks for watching bro! 🙏🏿

hey tristan you said it's better to buy the canon eos r? well i like the quality on that camera a dude told me today to go full frame mirrorless instead of buying the canon 6d mark 2. well i want to buy me a full frame camera and i want the canon 80d and that's it. so what you think about the 24-70mm the 35mm the 85mm the 50mm and the 35-150 all by tamron i like that company. a lot of camera and camera lens and camera equipment is very expensive lol i'm not an photographer but i love taking pictures and i want a solid lens and a good camera body along with a low light capabilities. i like your page you're a cool dude and you know your stuff so i want to learn from you so hit me up

Tristan Ervin Honestly I’m using GH5, EOS R and 90D in the same time 😅 I think it was worth 😉 I know it’s a lot of money etc but Canon was l always my dream, the only thing I don’t like is stabilization which sux and lack of 120 FPS in 1080P that’s why I’m waiting for R5

6d mark II makes quality shots, but in terms of video recording, it's a complete crap. Even though it states 1080p, but the footage looks like a 480p footage from an old smartphone.
