It is good to hear R5 stills department exceeds your expectation. I guess it can't track the surfer's eyes since they are far away. So the R5 tracks the head or body? It is challenging with waves all over the place.

Certainly did and I have just finished another commercial shoot today and it performed exceptionally for stills. You're right, it wasn't able to track the surfers eye from that distance but locked on to the body the majority of the time and switched to the wave when it was the predominant subject when it took over the surfer.

How do you set up all the AF settings to get the best eye-tracking ... and how to customize, for you, to be able to switch if needed, to track something else other than eyes/face? And do you have it set up in a way to bounce back and forth quickly from eye-tracking to any-other-object tracking? Thanks!

That's a good question, Doren. I have customised some of the buttons to help switching faster so I will talk about this in my next video on the camera.
