Canon R6 Mark III I hope at last will be switching from outdated, decades old front-lit to BSI-CMOS sensors, if not I'm going back to Sony. At this point mirrorless camera makers should have been experimenting with much more efficient and sensitive SPAD, quantum dot and graphene enhanced CMOS sensors. Graphene sensors are x1000 more sensitive than current ones and can detect even deep thermal infrared spectrum so just imagine enormous possibilities.

Agree, they didn't add it even to their C80 which is much more expensive and it is a cinema grade cam. If i am to guess, the R6 Miii will be same as the Mii with a more advanced sensor and maybe better auto focus.
