Yeah no. For one an R9 would be even simpler than an R8 which is very basic in itself (being a "basic" FF camera for vloggers). If anything an R9 would be a 20MP 4k camera perhaps with IBIS and be FF. Canon's numbering goes from small (1) to large (100) in terms of where the fall within the overall line-up with "1" being high end (flagship) and 100 being lowest end (entry level like the R100). Now I could see this perhaps being an "R1H" for High-Res perhaps.
