Canon (new) F-1 camera arrives

I have been adding Canon gear to my collection. This one arrived last night and this video shows how it looked upon arrival. There will also be a short video that will be a part 2 to this pt.1. I started with Canon in 1976, but similar to you started to collecting old film cameras in 2016. There I came across Nikon and Olympus and Leica, and of course loved all of them. I have all of them, 70 film cameras and around 140 lenses, refurbished so they can function beyond my time, for younger people to enjoy. Cool video. ❤❤❤

Found this video because I’m a Canon fan. Started with the AE-1 when they came out and moved to the A-1 quickly. Since then I’ve picked up the AV-1, and the AT-1, but have really fell in love with the sleeper EF. It’s a very nice camera and gets used much more than my 5D Mkii. BTW… I discourage the use of the magic marker. These cameras have a history and maybe even a personality and don’t believe we should hide these “battle scars”.
