Well it's ok and still works fine though I don't print much. Sadly turns out you cannot scan multiple pages from the top feed directly to PC.

According to specifications the HP can printer faster, to bee honest I had enough of HP although any printer can be troublesome. I'd prefer the Canon for being more compact physically but it's a matter of personal choice.

Great review, just one question. Can this printer print with just one cartridge? For example black without having installed the colored one.

Just pulled my color cartridge to try and print only black, but it only gives error that cartridge isn't inserted. so, you can't

Well the one you are talking about seems to be newer and a little better maybe, it's faster and has LAN port and modem for FAX (if you use it) Since I don't have the printer I can't know for sure but you can check it out here: kagoo.co.uk/inkjet-printers/compare/canon-mx495-vs-canon-mx925

+Ruthless Senshi Yes you can use it as a direct Wifi printer connected to the phone/tablet or set it up with your home WiFi (like i did)

It is too dark for once. and add a microphone, they are not expensive but atleast something wireless that you can add to your shirt, intro music is TOO loud too. your voice is low, so i turned on the volume, and then jumped in the air when the intro was on. And this judging was only in the first minute. I am still watching this video

+DimusTech YEs, reset cartridge after refilling... Series MP and others have this command buttons to ignore the ink level and print with the refurbished cartridge...

עבור פקס אתה חייב לחבר אותה לקו הטלפון הביתי (ואני מניח שלוודא שהספק תומך בפקס) מעולם לא בדקתי אך התוכנה של קנון אמורה לספק גם את ניהול הפקס. בכל אופן, פקס זה טכנולוגיה ישנה שהגיע הזמן שלא ישתמשו בה, עדיף לעבור למייל

בדגם הזה אין סריקה דו צדדים. לא יצא לי לבדוק אבל אני מאמין שסריקה דו צדדית מייקרת את המחיר בהרבה. אני יכול אבל להגיד שעברה כבר כמעט שנה והמדפסת מחזיקה לא רע עדיין עם הצבע המקורי למרות שממש לא מזמן התחיל להגיד שהשחור בדרך להגמר :) בסופו של דבר אני מרוצה

3:09 - That's why you need to read the instructions! I ALWAYS do, never being complacent. At least, it'll show you what should be in the box. You also pick up - or work out - some tips you could pass on. 5:14 - CORRECTION: The first socket is RJ45 for ethernet/LAN, the second is 'phoneline. It takes a standard printer USB cable. Why throw away the one from your old printer? If you DID, it's wasteful (and not smart). 7:48 - Go on break it! If you'd read the instructions, you'd have learned how to open it and what the spacer thing was. 10:48 - What's the point of making a "review" if you don't show what you're doing? And don't actually know FOR CERTAIN what you're doing? I've sat through 11.5 minutes of this video because I bought a used printer that came with no manual and need to learn it's features, including loading ink. Your review has been a waste of my time. You have a disproportionately HIGH thumbs down rating (98 negs versus 193 positives at this time) for this video - I am not alone in this, evidently. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Read the manual BEFORE making any reviews of kit. 2) Familiarise yourself with the device as much as you can BEFORE filming. 3) Film what you're actually doing, eg: when you're loading ink. 4) Assuming that the people who gave you a thumbs down didn't bother to give you feedback, be aware that you are harming your KZbin reputation with vids like this one. There's possibly more, I was typing here from around 11:45 mins and no longer watching. I might have missed the best of your presentation. Mate, if you enjoy making KZbin videos, please take my VERY critical feedback as CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. It's EASY to knock videographers but I wish you well. Turn it around. :-)
