The only issue I have with this printer is the consumption of ink. After printing about 20 pdf documents, I run out of ink. I never had this problem with the HP I had for 8 years until it died on me. The starter cartridges lasted longer than the ones I buy from Staples. Is there a way to save on ink?

Usually the cartridges that comes with the printer are only partially full thus the 20 documents. With a new cartridge you won't have these issues.

I use this printer almost a year but don't know why recently this printer cannot connect to wifi, I try to connect manually and also quick connect set up but seems both way still cannot connect to wifi. Do you know to to reset? Thank you!

just a thought (from experience).... make sure you're not grabbing a new ip address .... if so, set it to static and retry

does this look like customer care center? Does YT chat have the diagnostic tool to run for your printer? How about you put you big pants on, tie your shoes, and do what EVERYONE in the entire world does when they have issues with a printer. Run a diagnostic check, follow the instructions, or call customer service with the serial number of the printer. You HAVE to be a Gen Z... I'd put money on it.

It is Potntially a good printer for the money, it just needs to ACTUALLY WORK! It prints by Accident, will not connect to WIFI EVER! Save your money and skip this piece of garbage....whatever it cost buy ANYTHING that does not have CANON's name on it. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS, they actually spent MONEY on prinit pages....TO TELL YOU TO GO ONLINE and SEARCH for them. DONE
