Thank you again David for all your hard and inspiring work, up to hiring a developer, to make our lives easier with our video projects. I can't wait to see what you'll be able to accomplish this time with this auto-tracking feature and companion. Congratulations on your partnership with Canon, I hope it goes beyond a simple developer license and that they will listen and improve. I'm thrilled to learn that for us, regular users, the demo is per camera and not per account. This is great news!

Good on ya' getting Canon to step up and help you with showing this off. They couldn't find a better stress test, road test than to let you kick the tires and give an informed opinion. Now doubt Part 2 is going to be a good show. 👍

The irony is I’ve done a ton of work integrating the tracking into Companion, but don’t currently have access to a model to demonstrate

JDF is there anyway to ramp the start and stop of movements for the Canon PTZ cameras?

There’s a Soft Start/ Soft Stop option in the web UI, but it still feels fairly abrupt to me

That is very generous of you! I have 2x N300s, so my best bet is to have an ongoing license to fully test it out on weekly livestreams. But I appreciate the offer!
