Hi my friend , I can’t giving more info about this question as my region only have TM5200 & iPF771. I believe both of these models are similar to TM300 & iPF770, TM series is newer model with higher speed processor , bigger ink tank 😉

After your video, my printer worked for another month, then the ec21-2f51 error often appeared and I bought a new head, but the problem did not disappear with the new head, I noticed if it was cold in my office, there was no error, so I turn on the air conditioner in the office, after an hour or 2 I turn on the printer and it it works fine. But sometimes the error ec21-2f50 and ec21-2f54 appears, please tell me what else to do, the new head did not help. I bought the head for $500 at Ali Express. Maybe they sold me a used head? After all, the head looked like new, and when I pressed the head for the first time, it printed well at first.

Hi there , sorry to heard about your problem. Is it a genuine canon dealer in Ali express? I did encounter the same issue like yours couple weeks ago, after cleaning purge unit .. error come back again, after changing the new head, the error is gone. It’s advisable to order it from authorised canon seller, do you check the system fan? Does it spin ?

Hi there, I had a same situation with an old iPF605 with more than 2 errors codes even purge unit serviced & changing print head . Try observe the ink tube, is that the ink able to go in ? If bubble in between, it might be the purge unit problem or ink supply unit problem.

когда искал что вызывает ошибку 2f51 нашел датчик который вызывает ошибку 2f47. слева от капы, есть глубокий канал. Внутри канала расположена впитывающая прокладка, а над ней сам датчик. Он закрыт со многих сторон и его трудно заметить (я заметил его только разбирая блок впитывания). Закрыв его я вызвал ошибку как у вас. Может поможет.

i have this error code, on mine the cutter will cut after a perfect print out and thenabout half a cm into its return journey it stops dead and throws the error. if i move the cutter back to the far right in the home position it is working again until it needs to cut the next document, any ideas?? don't think mine is doing the same as in this video but same code

@@crazygamer_uk hi sir，lift the upper cover and make sure there is nothing blocking the carriage from returning to its home position. If no blockage, it might be cutter problem or mainboard couldn’t send proper signal to cutter

Print head returns to hone position. If I slide the cutter back to home position and turn the machine on it doesn't give an error. I thought maybe see if it will return by itself when I last tried and it booted up part way. Moved the cutter about 5mm maybe 1cm and then the cutter stopped and a second later it bleeped up with the error again. Something is making it stop on its return journey, I thought faulty motor refusing to swap directions without a voltage drop put hadn't thought about main board but you could have a point there. All these parts are super expensive though so chances of me getting the right part first time are slim from my own diagnosis

@@dennisthefatkid I doubt they trade in faulty printers here in the uk. a nosey today sees a few on ebay that are faulty for various reasons. may be able to get a printer that has working parts i need and cannibalise it. I got msg above from Canon official website, you may try changing print head if it’s doesn’t work after cleaning purge

2F75 is referring to print head connection or print head replacement , try check the flat cable connection, the print head is not connected properly , that’s why no ink in the tube

Now the error is gone, printing was fine, but after a day only, again same error, repeated the previous troubleshoot, its started working again, and now again today itself, after few hours, the error occured again. Hi Faiz, I have the same experienced like yours , after servicing all its fine for few hundred print then problem back again. The best solution is replace purge unit and new print head, your purge unit has over the life span ready..

Hello my friend , if you already done with purge cleaning , you have to change print head in this case… before changing print head ; I advice you to observed the ink tube first… is that any bubble in tube , if yes… it might be purge unit problem

каким-то образом связь есть. После промывки капы принтер некоторое время печатает, соответственно, можно попробовать промыть дальше по системе. Если бы понять по какому принципу и с помощью каких датчиков принтер определяет ошибку головы, было бы проще. но эту тайну нам никто не откроет(((

Hi Faiz , it’s time to change the new purge unit and new print head. May I know the age of the machine ? If the machine is old, it’s not worth to repair any more I afraid that after you replaced both others issue will appear
