It just doesn't work for most stocks. The ones where it works are the exception. Most leaders completely give back all of their gains. See Tesla. And you can do it only if you have a really big profit cushion.

There is no one perfect strategy, everyone is different so you need to mold the system that's going to work best for yourself!

Ever wondered why actively managed funds, no matter if long only mutual funds or hedge funds (any asset class, long or short), fail to outperform the S&P 500 by and large.
