My son carches ALL his trout trolling. He used to use Bagleys as they were deadly on trout. And the added benefit is that you bring the trout to the surface afer hooked and out of the reach of sharks. 4 to 5 meter diving lures are the best in 5 to 6 meters of shallow reef.

It’s a good way to catch them and great point about the sharks, we didn’t loose any that day to sharks and the trolling is probably why.

Thanks Heath, nah it’s pretty easily accessible. The road out to Arnhem is pretty rough though, nothing crazy just 700kms of corrugations. We broke a lot of gear 😂

We have a rod, reel, tackle vid coming in a few weeks. But on the heavy setups 80lb. Medium casting is 50lb and lighter setups is 30lb
