Cant login to Facebook and Messenger on iphone

Resetting network settings and resetting privacy & location worked for me. BEFORE I did this though, I "RESET ALL SETTINGS". This didn't work. Manually resetting the network settings and privacy and location settings somehow worked for me. Hope this maybe helps some people.. Comment posted November 2021

If these didn't work for you, try creating account that has the same name as your facebook account you want to log-in, same goes to your password, and it will automatically log-in the account that has the same name and password.

same for me. i have two accounts and tried resetting the passwords on both at the same time from my phone, and now i'm locked out of both facebook and messenger. i think in my case it's because i was using my phone number to try and reset both, and it locked up due to the number being associated with both accounts. i can login to everything on my laptop so i removed the phone number from one account and figured that would fix it, but it doesn't seem like it did :/
