You can really hear how his whole body is resonating with the flute. He has the formants of a rich baritone.

Powerful yet softly elegant. I'm playing this as a solo in a concert but I will never be as amazing as The Great Galway.

I think everyone's interpretation is excellent. Each has sweet moments and I wouldn't single anyone out just because I'm trained as a flutist.

Because a long time ago Enescu/Enesco went to Paris Conservatory and changed his name to sound more French so he can be respected as and considered as a French composer.
