Wow! Not only are your tutorials the best, this is even better. Amazing! “It’s so easy to sound like a jazz genius” - it is with Christian to help you 😃!! And I nearly didn’t bother watching ‘cause I knew it’s a jazz tune. Thank you, thank you, 🙏 Now, if you could possibly arrange for me to master your lessons at the speed you produce them, life would be peachy.

This is one of my favorite one of your arrangements. I posted my performance on my page. The channel is becoming quite a Fuchs homage. I just love the quartal chords and Dorian part. You really made this one a cool jazz blues. Such a groove. Plus thanks for all the improv tips in the tutorial.

Hey Christian, I just wanted to let you know how fantastic it has been to find you. I started piano at age 65, been playing 5 years now. I spent the first couple of years learning scales and chords of course, and learning to read music. Then I learned Satie's Gnossiennes as I had always loved them. The next year I discovered Einaudi and learned a repertoire of his pieces. But something was missing -- you!! I have always wanted to be able to sit at a piano in a bar, like Sam in Casablanca and "play it again, Sam, play our song". So I googled Cocktail Piano and found you. Mate I have bought a heap of your sheet music and I reckon in a year or two, I will achieve my dream, thanks to you. You ARE the master.

If it’s not a daft question , would that backing track work on watermelon man ?
@ChristianFuchsBlues3 жыл бұрын
Well, there is a bass in here that doesn't work on Watermelon. But if you turn down the lower frequencies a bit, it should work.
