The two quayside layouts Jane’s Creek and Bonington are outstanding examples of really creative modelling with multiple levels. It engages the brain much better than a flat layout. One of my daughters lives permanently in Denmark so that model was of great interest with their rather unique locos and rolling stock. Thankyou.

Hi Kimball, indeed you are correct adding a vertical dimension with multiple layers can totally change the perspective of a layout giving a full sense of depth. I too appreciated the quay side screen on Jane's Creak as the barges and boats allows a foreground to the filming. As always, many thanks for watching and taking the time to message - Matt

My favorite was Jane's Creek and then Copper Wart and then Two Bridges Up Sidings. Great walk through and video, Jersey Bill

Copper wart was vey special, so much detail and the camera really did not do the layout justice, Janes creak was also fun to film as the barges and boats gave something in the foreground of the camera - as always many thanks.

Nice video... There were some good layouts there... disappointed that the layout I was most interested in, BARNWOOD, was the layout you spent the least amount of time on

So sorry about Barnwood, unfortunately when I got to this one there was not much running and I ran out of time to go back round, hopefully I will catch it at an exhibition later in the year it was a very nice N gauge set up though. Many thanks for watching and taking the time to message.

IT would have been great if you had only provided a more fulsome narrative on each layout. For instance whether it is end to end and some history of the layout, which could be gleaned from the layout exhibitors. Key features of the track, how long it took to make, DCC or DC, make of rolling stock, etc. So bring each layout to life so we don't have to keep listening to the background conservations.

Thanks you for the feed back, Its difficult to find a happy medium between to much talking and not saying enough. I took onboard your comments and applied them at the Erith show review so hopefully a bit better. Many thanks.
