This song is extremely deep but feels relaxing a little, ater being exposed to darkness It it's hard to control in my soul but it's more then likely easy to for me through practice taking deep breaths closing my eyes imagining I'm under water suffocating myself to calm down and my heart down not responding to negative behaviors as I'd use it as a superpowered weapon to being proactive and resilient in life...I'm fighting off narcissistic emotional abusive bullying night night mares reminding myself that just because I've messed up and made mistakes didn't give anyone the right to humiliate me,put me down or get me to feel terrible about anyrhing some were just cold hearted with evil devious minds I'm healing from my trauma through exercising and meditations ,every day is a new war for me as much as i wanna give up i know God's got me he'll have my back no matter what. When I burn myself out it emotional gives me so much self control where I'm not drawn to manipulative evil people's ways to humilate me in public no matter how many times I messed up, don't no body have that right to go that far...plus that technique helps me remove negativity from my body and mind to feel better without being reactive or unstable....it's my way of saving others lives so I don't hurt them if I'm spearing their lives to not get beaten down..my kinda way of bringing holy spirits within m to be peaceful but less violent in that aspect.

@@tadhggoreyoneill13666 He is my favourite character in star wars. It is quite vexing that I almost never see or hear anything about him any time powerful Sith Lords are in discussion. I also think he is the most accomplished Sith and in my opinion the most powerful as other Sith are more powerfull in specific area's of expertise like Darth nihilus can consume an entire planet Darth vitiate can consume an entire planet also. But not quite at the same rate what is interesting though is that Darth vitiate did not succumb to the darkness entirely like what happened with Darth nihilus thus going insane. He is also over 1 thousand years old commands the eternal fleet/practically immortal/knows ancient Sith magik/decent with a light Saber/tricked a shit load of Sith and drained there essence/looks badass/stoic as f@#k/he is my dad/ etc etc/ here are 2 tacos for your travels 🌮🌮 enjoy!
