I'm sure it's just the Asian 5 spice which consists of Chinese cinnamon, fennel seed, star anise, and cloves. When it comes to the fifth spice, it can be a bit of a wild card between ginger, white pepper, and Sichuan peppercorns!

@@nkaujsua7764 well all in all, the video seems great, coming from an asian back ground, unforunately the down side is that, asian herbs is a wide range which i bet some of them, we have never even heard of, what you describe is a basic fundamental spice which i agree, but we cant be sure if thats all she has in the herb bag.
