Hey, all these shorts looked promising and so I decided to try it out by myself. But now it stucks at the starting screen - the gray background with the picture in the middle and beneath the words „made with Godot“. But that's it. Nothing else happens... I tried a reinstalling but it doesn't work. Very sad, because like I said: These shorts looked very promising.

I'm sorry to hear that. What kind of hardware are you using? The graphics card in particular is very interesting. And Vulkan (the graphics card interface) is required. Unfortunately, integrated graphics cards are usually not powerful enough. I recommend a GTX 1060 6GB so that it runs smoothly. If you have a better graphics card, we can try to update the drivers/Vulkan.

Is there like "creative mode" so u can just build without the economic aspect of the game?

This is my mapmaking tool called Canvas of Kings. There are no goals and no enemies. Just time to relax. I am also working on a trading game called Might of Merchants. :)
