I got a scan n cut a week ago.i watched an old video of yours on how to scan items and save into the machine.when you were deleting the background a big red red square was there .my machine wont give me an option to make the radio square bigger than a dot.how do I fix this or should I send my machine back.it seems to be giving me a lot of grief. Crafting is supposed to be fun but this machine is ruining it for me

Hello Peanut7961, I’m not exactly sure what you can’t delete but just know that Direct Cut doesn’t let you delete or edit anything. You have to use Scan to Cut Data to do that. I have lots of videos on these topics so you can check out my Playlists.

Maria, thanks for your interest. The courses never expire. You take them at your own pace. It will even remember where you left off. Shipping is free with a Starter Kit or it is 10% when you order something. We rarely have shipping specials. We did but that went by in a flash and we may have to wait for a year for another free shipping sale. My courses do NOT require Stampin' Up! products. Use whatever paper and cardstock you have. The important thing is to learn new skills.
