Recieved my first canyon bike a few weeks back, overall a really good experience. I had a small warranty issue on an accessory I had ordered and the communication and resolution was second to none. My only feedback if they're reading comments is a little more protection where the rear axle is, maybe double up on the cardboard. Hanging to ride my Torque cf7 29er when spring hits, two bikes in one if I get a 190mm dual crown fork for it for Park duties.

I rode a spectral cf7 this past season, had some issues with a specific canyon bolt that was unavailable, their customer service was responsive and professional, they ended up offering me a return for a full refund after 4 months of riding because they could not find the bolt. I definetly miss my canyon, but have so much respect for them the way they handled the situation, I will get another one eventually

I think the direct to consumer business needs to offer more financing options. To pay high credit card interest rates on top of purchasing the bike. Hurts! Not all can purchase a bike on a debit card even if they had money in bank saved up for it, due to the limitations. They need more transparency with there Affirm flexible financing. I don’t want to know at end of entering my information that the longest term offered is only 1 or 2 yrs. Whatever it maybe should be noted upfront. I’m just saying… but love the bikes

Interesting video. I find it weird though that not even once you mention that the company is from Germany (where the bikes are designed) and sells around half a billion USD in bikes and accessories globally. Is this a conscious effort by Canyon USA to tap into the "buy American" theme?
