Will these structures be equipped with directed energy weapons? Will the DEW's be used on the inmates while they sleep, or just for fun? Where will the Directed Energy Weapons be installed, what are the devices and their capabilities, do they emmitt radiation, electricity, particles , poison, frequency, Vibroacoustic , and how and when will they be used?
