You've to visit the service center. But, if you've any minor dents or scratches, they won't accept the warrenty claim. and, they'll ask you money to replace it. (just today, I tried to replace my buds pro, and I can't able to, because of a small dent..) Hope this helps.

air 6 pro will be best, I not checked but based on specs i'm telling not only in music also, it supports dual connection always btw 2 devices, not like switch device in air 5 & 6 when compared to air 5 pro no major improvements, only different colors. So I not planned to review bro, it same like realme air 5 pro.
