thank you! wish my teachers were as enthusiastic, that equation for two capacitors seems easier to work with to me and i never knew how to do three capacitors either, would it work for more as well, eg 1 ^-1 + 2^-1 + 3^-1 + 4^-1 and so on = ans ^-1?
