I'm nowhere near as amazing as Haitani, but I don't think I'd been hit by that many flame kicks. Gackt seemed to over do it. I feel like Haitani could have baited those and punished way more than he did.

Makoto's not so bad. She doesn't do long combos, just very hard-hitting five or six hit max combos. Her struggles come more with bad traversal and having to commit to stuff when it might not be opportune.
