Insted of just copying you could have used the effect setting in the keyframes and then just copy the keyframed effect.

tip for pc users: when your doing the fade out, copy and paste the image you want and overlay with it. subtract the time -0.1 seconds and overlay fade out w/swing. ( swing top left isn't avalibe for PC so this is the next best thing)

step 1: put swing top left as a in animation and make it 0.3 step 2: put fade out as a out animation and make it 0.1 step 3: add a oblique blur as a video effect step 4: make it as small as possible step 5: make blur 70 and rotate 30 step 6: copy it 4 times step 7: make the fourth copy at the right step 8: make the oblique blur (OB) blur 30 and rotate 30 step 9: copy it three times step 10: make the third copy in the right step 11: make the OB in the right blur 15 rotate 30 step 12: go to effects and add shake step 13: make it as long as the clip step 14: make the speed 10 and intensity 8 step 15: add it again and make it is as short as possible and put it in the beggining step 16: add a keyframe in the beggining and last and make the last a little bit bigger hope that helped
